A building sits abandoned on 28th Street in Baltimore. In an attempt to breathe a last breath of life into the structure, florescent light boxes were hung in the boarded up window frames. Mimicking the slow decay of the structure, the lights faded through the night as their AA batteries slowly dwindled.
